ORDER PROCESSES

 

1)Your order has been taken

  • When you shop with a credit card, you will first see your order status as 'Order Received'.
  • This stage is the stage where your order request / payment reaches us and the procurement process of the products in your order is initiated by our warehouse personnel.


2)Packed
  • At this stage, your products are delivered to the packaging department, prepared meticulously by the relevant personnel, and then your order is invoiced. Along with your invoice, your order status will now be seen as "Packed" in your account and an information mail will be sent to you.
 
  • Your invoice is also sent to your registered e-mail address as an e-invoice.
 
  • At the end of this stage, the packaged orders begin to be kept in our warehouse to be delivered to the cargo company.


3)Shipped
  • It is the last step in which your products are delivered to the courier company and your tracking number is sent to your registered e-mail address. We would like to remind you that the cargo company will also inform you via SMS before delivering the product.
 
  • From the order details in My Account> My Orders page, you can see Where Is My Cargo? By clicking the button, you can easily track your cargo instantly.
 
  • If you have placed an order without membership, you can check the status of your order on the Order Tracking page by e-mail and your order number.

Due to the COVID-19 in the world and country agenda, there may be delays in the delivery of the cargo due to the intensity of the cargo companies. We would like to thank you for your understanding and remind that prioritization cannot be made in orders.
