Order Processes

ORDER PROCESSES

1) Order Received

  • When shopping with a credit card, you will first see your order status as 'Order Received'.

  • This is the stage where your order request/payment is received by us and the procurement process of the products in your order is started by our warehouse personnel.


2)Packed

  • At this stage, your supplied products are forwarded to the packaging department, carefully prepared by the relevant personnel, and then your invoice for your order is issued. Your order status will now be seen as 'Packed' in your account, together with your issued invoice, and a notification e-mail will be sent to you.

  • Your invoice is also sent to your registered e-mail address as an e-invoice.

  • At the end of this stage, the packed orders are kept in our warehouse to be delivered to the cargo company.


3) Shipped

  • This is the last step in which your products are delivered to the cargo company and your tracking number is sent to your registered e-mail address. We would like to remind you that the cargo company will also inform you via SMS before delivering the product to you.

  • You can easily track your cargo instantly from the order detail on the My Account>My Orders page.
